Who we are
Reacheffect LTD ("Reacheffect", "we") operates reacheffect.com and the advertising platform at panel.reacheffect.com. We are the controller of personal data described in this policy. Company no. 515489573; registered address Weinberg 3 St, Kfar Saba 4465324, Israel. Privacy requests: privacy@reacheffect.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers visitors to reacheffect.com, account holders on the platform (advertisers and publishers) and people who contact us. It does not cover the websites of publishers who run our ads or the landing pages of advertisers; each has its own policy.
Data we collect
Account data — name, email address, company, billing details and payment identifiers you provide when you open an account or make a payment. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Platform usage — campaigns, creatives, sites, statistics, invoices, support conversations and log entries (IP address, time, browser) produced by using the platform.
Website usage — pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, approximate location, collected through analytics tools only after you consent (see the Cookie Policy).
Ad delivery data — when our ads are served on a publisher's site, we process the IP address, user agent, and a pseudonymous identifier to deliver, measure and protect the ad (frequency capping, anti-fraud, billing). We do not build profiles of end users from this data for other purposes.
Correspondence — messages you send us by email, Telegram or the contact form.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
To provide the platform and bill for it — performance of a contract.
To prevent fraud, invalid traffic and abuse, to secure our systems and to meet accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation and legitimate interest.
To answer your requests and provide support — performance of a contract or legitimate interest.
To measure and improve the website and our own advertising — your consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
To send service messages about your account. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent or to existing customers about similar services, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
Who we share data with
Service providers who process data for us under contract: hosting and content delivery (Hetzner, Cloudflare), email delivery, payment providers, analytics and advertising tools listed in the Cookie Policy, and customer support tools.
Publishers and advertisers see aggregated campaign statistics; publishers never see an advertiser's account data and vice versa.
Authorities, courts or professional advisers where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal data. Where analytics or advertising tools involve a transfer outside your region, they rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
How long we keep it
Account and billing data: for the life of the account and then as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally seven years).
Platform logs and anti-fraud data: up to 13 months.
Website analytics: per the retention set in each tool, at most 26 months.
Correspondence: up to three years after the last message, unless it relates to an open dispute.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
To exercise a right, email privacy@reacheffect.com from the address on your account, or describe your relationship with us so we can verify the request. We answer within one month.
Residents of California and other US states with opt-out rights can use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page; we also honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies on reacheffect.com are described in the Cookie Policy, including how to change your choice at any time.
Children
The website and the platform are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided data to us, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes are announced to account holders by email.
